Donna

Meet our group exercise manager with over 20 years of group exercise and & personal training experience. Donna teaches a variety of classes including Dance fitness, Boxing, Barre & Fit Ball.

Christina

Christina’s passion is in promoting healthy living and she’s been in the fitness world for over 35 years. Her certifications include Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates, Barre, Beach Body Insanity, PIYO, Teen & Toddler yoga, Step Aerobics, Buti yoga, 300 hour Yoga Certification and Y4C Yoga.

Christina

Christina has been instructing since 2009. Her desire to want to inspire started as a member looking forward to her fitness classes every week. Her journey from gym member to instructor comes from a combination of passion, knowledge, and personal growth.

Christine

Christine has been teaching yoga for 25 years. It’s her passion to help others receive the strength, flexibility, and inner peace that yoga provides. She likes to teach flow classes that are challenging, relaxing, and stress reducing.

Cleverson

Cleverson’s passion is fitness and he has been working out with group classes for over 20 years. Weight lifting classes and cardio kick boxing! Looking forward to making you sweat and have fun at the same time!

Debbi

Debbi is a group fitness instructor since 1980 and has acquired many certifications throughout the years. She caters her classes to all fitness levels and creates fun and effective workouts for health and well being.

Dianna

Dianna creates a welcoming space where students can challenge their focus and deepen there self-awareness. Her approach emphasizes mindfulness, compassion, and guidance to support personal growth on and off the mat.

Erin

Erin has been teaching strength based workouts for over 10 years. She has incorporated Barre and Pilates mat work to her focus to provide a total body workout at every level.

Elena

Elena’s goal is to brighten your day and boost your confidence through mobility, weight lifting, and functional movements. With a background in TV and comedy, she brings creativity and laughter to her workouts.

Jen

Jen has been in the fitness industry for 25 years. She states there is no better feeling than getting up in front of a class knowing you are helping them work towards their fitness goals and making a positive impact.

Marci

Marci’s practice is a reflection of light and love, guiding students towards balance, healing, and self-discovery. Her style is rooted in sacred teachings of yoga, where she completed her teacher training in the serene landscape of Bali, Indonesia.

Jackie

Jackie is a passionate Zumba instructor with a love for helping others achieve their fitness goals while having fun. With over 15 years of experience, Jackie brings energy, positivity, and inclusivity to every class.

Kristin

Kristin’s lifelong love for fitness and wellness led her to teaching and sharing her passion with others.  She teaches a variety of classes including Strength, HIIT, and Barre. Her certifications include Personal Training, Group Fitness, Barre and Precision Nutrition.

Michelle

After a successful career as a dancer, singer and actress, Michelle transitioned her passion for movement and discipline to a career in the world of fitness. She combines her artistic energy and performance expertise to motivate her clients to achieve their goals.

Nicole (Nikki)

Nikki has always had a passion for health and fitness. From sports to training, to now teaching classes for the last 12 years, her niche is high-energy, strength, and HIIT style classes.

Nikki

Nikki has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She strives to create energetic fun sequences that help lengthen and strengthen the body through movement and breath work. Certified 500 hour E-RYT.

Rachael

With more than 12 years of experience as a certified group fitness instructor, Rachael is passionate about making fitness fun and empowering journey for everyone. Rachael believes that accountability, community, and enjoying the process are the keys to lasting success

Summer

Summer is a vibrant and enthusiastic Zumba instructor who brings energy and creativity to every class. With a passion for dance and fitness, she creates an inclusive and empowering environment that keeps participants moving and smiling.

Tanya

Tanya’s been working in the fitness industry for 15+ years. She prefers strength based movements and resistance training, finding an exercise schedule that helps her stay consistent, mixing both cardio/strength.

Tracy

Tracy is an E-RYT 500 teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and has been leading classes in-studio and on the beach since 2008. In Tracy’s classes, you can expect emphasis on alignment, breath & movement, all while building strength and balance.

Class Descriptions


Awesome Arms

An upper body strength and exercise class

Barre

Total body, low impact class that combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training

Boxing

Basic boxing combo’s on a heavy bag concluding with a strength workout with dumbbells. * Gloves required

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing class with bootcamp style conditioning in between rounds

Body Rock

Dance choreography combined with strength training

Butts & Gutts

Lower body express class combined with core workouts

Dance Fit

Cardio dance during 1st half of the class, concluding with strength training, core, & stretch

Fit Ball

Low impact workout using a stability ball and dumbbells to improve strength, balance, and coordination

HIIT

High intensity interval training class. Altering periods of intense exercise with brief recovery utilizing a variety of equipment such as slam balls, dumbbells, and barbells

Heated Yoga

Yoga class performed in a heated room of up to 95 degrees

Meditation

Mindful guided throughout practice

Pilates

Isometric core and total body Mat exercises

Power Sculpt

A total body strength class combined with bouts of HIIT using body weight, steps, dumbbells, barbells, & slam balls

Strike & Strong

Basic boxing combinations on a heavy bag concluding with a strength workout with dumbbells. * Gloves required

Step

Fun choreographed routines performed on a step with optional risers

Total Body

A total body strength class combined with bouts of cardio using dumbbells, barbells, and steps

Yoga

A practice that connects the body, breathe, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health

Zumba

A cardio dance class combining movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music
